At Eryxgear, ‘We Do MMA’ isn’t just a catchphrase. It’s because we do it like nobody
else. That much is evident through our distinct, powerful uniforms, and it’s relayed upon
the fighters who wear it.
In MMA, there’s nothing quite like a stunning finish. So when it comes to our sponsored
athletes, we don’t just accept anyone and everyone. Our athletes are handpicked for
their aggression, prowess, excitement and their finishing ability. So with that, here are
the best finishes from Eryxgear athletes.
Andreeas Binder Starches Aidan Lee To Capture Lightweight World Title
Boasting a record of 10-2, Andreeas Binder is one of the most prominent athletes to
wear the Eryxgear colours. “Judoka” holds six wins by knockout, and two more by
submission.
The Irishman represents SBG Charlestown, and has dominated the European scene in
recent years. He currently holds a trifecta of gold in Clan Wars Welterweight Title, Cage
Conflict Welterweight Title, and the LFL welterweight crown while competing on Season
33 of The Ultimate Fighter earlier this year.
His most impressive finish came against English standout Aidan Lee for the LFL belt in
July 2023. Binder dominated his unorthodox opponent into the fourth round, where his
finishing instinct saw him land a crisp combination to send Lee to the mat just 20
seconds into the frame as the 28-year-old added even more gold to his cabinet.

Ieuan Mackenzie Thrives In Enemy Territory Versus Tra’vell Boone
Ieuan “The Lion” Mackenzie is one of the fastest rising stars in the British bantamweight
MMA scene. The 24-year-old has paid his dues, too.
He lit up the amateur MMA scene, capturing plenty of attention along the way as he
amassed a 10-3 record throughout that chapter while competing in many of the biggest
shows around the UK – including the IMMAF tournament!
However, his second professional bout took him to Memphis, Tennessee, in May 2023,
where he made an emphatic statement against the unbeaten Tra’vell Boone at UFL 2.
In typical fashion, the Welshman needed just over three and a half minutes to submit
the American with a ruthless rear-naked choke to announce himself to a whole new audience.

Anna Shukhman Overpowers Amy Timlin For Biggest Career Win
Hailing from Manchester, England, Anna Shukhman is a promising amateur combatant
who is making plenty of noise in the UK MMA scene.
The youngster has risen to prominence in the women’s strawweight division, and that
was on show when she recently fought on UFC Fight Pass in June 2025 at FCC 42 for
the inaugural women’s amateur strawweight title.
But her proudest performance came at FCC 41 in March 2025 at the iconic Liverpool
Olympia against decorated boxer Amy Timlin. Shukhman was aware of her foe’s highly-
rated striking acumen, and she worked tirelessly to improve her grappling game in order to outwork Timlin.
The effort eventually paid dividends as neutralised Timlin’s talents to score a
tremendous second-round rear-naked choke victory on the biggest stage of her career.

Summer Onley Showcases Striking Evolution Versus Flordinice Muniz
They call her “Ice Cold’ for a reason, and that’s because Summer Onley has been stoic
throughout her MMA career thus far.
While the Derby-based battler’s bread and butter lies in the grappling arts, Onley has
been starching the competition with her newfound striking power. The undefeated BJJ
brown belt’s transition to the professional ranks has even surprised her.
With that said, Onley believes her greatest finish came at FCC 39 in September 2024,
where she scored a frightening knockout over Flordinice Muniz in the second-round.
Reflecting on the victory, she said:
“I’m a grappler. I never thought I’d be able to knock someone down in a fight, so it just
showed all the work I’d been putting into my striking was paying off! It was a crazy finish
against a proper game opponent, so I was really chuffed that I got the finish on the feet!”

Reece McEwan Steamrolls Sam Spencer In Augural Cage Warriors Outing
Scottish star Reece McEwan is undoubtedly one of biggest, most promising names on
British shores, and his arrival at Cage Warriors 136 in April 2022 proved just that.
Much like Mackenzie, McEwan proved his worth as an amateur, including a notable
victory over future UFC veteran Caolan Loughran. And that momentum as a 7-1
amateur carried over into his professional career.
On the biggest stage in Cage Warriors, The Griphouse product showcased his
suffocating wrestling and deadly striking to outwork decorated battler Sam Spencer.
Putting shine on the performance, he rounded it off with a third-round rear-naked choke
to stamp his authority and show his worth.

Nik Bagley Steamrolls Wesley Machado To Return To Silence Doubters
Fierce featherweight Nik Bagley is the personification of an Eryxgear athlete. He’s fast,
unforgiving, and destined for big things in the MMA world.
The Great Britain Top Team star has never turned down a challenge – and that was
clear in his third outing in Cage Warriors. In that time, Bagley was coming off the first
loss of his professional career as well as an injury, and he was feeling the itch to right
the wrongs.
So when he returned in March 2023 at Cage Warriors 150, Wesley Machado had the
unfortunate circumstance of standing across from him. But Bagley rose to the occasion,
tagging his man with a stern punch before driving him into the mat with a heavy
takedown. From there, he continued to punish Machado before sinking in a beautiful
rear-naked choke, earning the most impressive and clinical win of his career.

Joffie Houlton Sleeps Kenzo Soares To Earn Fastest KO In ARES History
In the heavyweight MMA division, all it takes is one shot to end it all, and truer words
have never been said when it comes to British slugger Joffie Houlton.
The 31-year-old has had trouble getting opponents to stand with him, and that much
was clear when he entered the ring at ARES 16 in June 2023 against Kenzo Soares.
From the bell, Houlton recalls luring Soares into the centre of the ring before countering
with a prolific two-punch combination to put his foe to sleep in just nine seconds. Making
it that much sweeter, the tattooed terror scored the fastest knockout win in ARES
history.
Recalling that night, Houlton said: “We had a massive game plan for Kenzo. We hit
pads the night before, and right before we were leaving, we just decided, ‘Screw that -
let’s hit him with the double jab. As soon as he fakes the kick, we’ll counter with a high
kick and 1-2 combo.
“The rest was history.”
